QA Compliance Clerk

A manufacturer of personal care products is looking for a QA Compliance Clerk to join their team. The QA Compliance Clerk will oversee key quality performance areas, including Change Control management, equipment calibrations, and GMP/QMS compliance. The position will report to the QA Manager. The duties include, but are not limited to: Coordinate and manage Change Controls, ensuring that all proposed changes are properly documented, assessed for impact, and approved in accordance with established procedures. Oversee the progress of change control activities to ensure timely and effective implementation across relevant departments. Facilitate cross-functional communication between QA, R&D, Production, and other departments to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
