Opportunity Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in the developing, implementing and maintaining of quality control procedures and standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of processes, materials, and finished products to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality objectives, performance metrics, and corrective/preventive actions
- Provide training and guidance to employees on quality processes, procedures, and best practices to foster a culture of quality excellence
- Participate in investigating customer complaints and non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Identify and management and control of Inspection Test Plans (ITPs)
