We are seeking a QA Manager with strong expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE Trade Finance to lead end-to-end testing and quality assurance for trade finance systems. The role involves managing QA teams, defining test strategy, and ensuring high-quality delivery across FLEXCUBE Trade modules.

• 10+ years in QA with 3–5+ years leading QA/Test Management teams
• Lead end-to-end QA for Oracle FLEXCUBE Trade Finance OBDX, OBTFPM, OBTF; strong knowledge on (LC, BG, Collections, Trade Loans)
• Define QA strategy, test plans, estimates, schedules, and governance
• Manage SIT, UAT, regression cycles; drive risk-based testing and coverage
• Own defect management, metrics, reporting, and release readiness
• Lead and mentor QA teams; collaborate with Business, IT, and Oracle/SI partners
