About the Role:
The Quality Manager is responsible for advocating a culture of quality excellence within the manufacturing facility, upholding stringent quality standards, driving transformative quality change, fostering a continuous improvement mindset, and elevating the plant’s quality performance.
Strategic Quality Leadership & Culture Change:
- Act as a key driver of cultural transformation, promoting a proactive, quality-first mindset across all departments, from engineering and production to supply chain and other support functions.
- Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to embrace continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance product quality, reduce waste, improve yield, reduce scrap cost, and optimize processes.
