We are looking for a highly skilled QA QC Inspector Welding with 8-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in welding inspection and quality control, as well as possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of welded parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and specifications
- Conduct non-destructive testing (NDT) such as radiography, ultrasonic, and magnetic particle inspection
- Verify welding procedures and qualifications of welders
- Perform welder qualification tests
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and testing results
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
