We are seeking a dedicated QA Sanitation Tech who will play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our production areas. The ideal candidate will have experience in following HACCP, GMP, and SOP guidelines while conducting quality reviews on production lines.
Responsibilities
+ Adhere to HACCP, GMP, and SOP protocols.
+ Perform quality reviews on production lines.
+ Operate metal detectors to ensure product safety.
+ Document and maintain records related to raw materials and cleaning procedures.
+ Execute the 7 steps of cleaning effectively.
+ Calculate concentration levels of chemical cleaners accurately.
+ Conduct microbiology inspections and sampling.
+ Perform cleaning and swabbing tasks as required.
+ Collect samples for testing while walking different production lines.
