**About the Role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and frameworks for our personalization initiatives- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle- Drive automation efforts to improve efficiency and coverage of our testing processes- Identify and implement best practices in software testing and quality assurance- Contribute to the design and architecture of our personalization solutions from a quality perspective- Analyze and report on quality metrics, providing insights to stakeholders
**Requirements**:
Minimum 4 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test automation- Proven experience in leading QA efforts and mentoring junior members- Expertise in the following technologies:- Test automation frameworks: Playwright, Cypress, Selenium- API testing: Postman & Newman- Performance testing: K6- Test runners and assertion libraries...
