Job Description Organize and deploy in-house inspectors to carry out progressive inspections and establish quality benchmarks. Perform checks on the structural, architectural and M&E materials/works to ensure that the final touch-up works are ready for inspections. Lead the preparation of CONQUAS/QM documentation and coordinate with BCA on pre-assessment quality meetings. Execute quality control as per site specific materials and Works Quality Plan. Prepare relevant QA/QC reports Attend regular site meetings - QAQC, Site Inspections and Client Meeting Assist in yearly ISO audits Conduct regular inspections to ensure works are in compliance with method statements (in accordance to BCA's Good Industry Practice) Guide site teams in conducting internal quality checks and rectification works prior to formal assessments by consultants, clients, and authorities.
