Opportunity Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist executing the Quality Assurance Plan, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and project-specific quality procedures.
  • Conduct inspections on civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection system works during various stages of construction.
  • Perform material inspections, monitor workmanship, and verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Monitor and document installation of systems critical to environmental control, such as high voltage, medium voltage, & low voltage, and HVAC systems.
  • Raise and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and ensure timely resolution through corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and third-party inspectors (if any) on quality-related issues.
  • Support commissioning, validation, and system testing activities with clear documentation.
