QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities: Conduct regular inspections to verify the work complies with method statements and BCA's Good Industry Practice (GIP) guidelines. Monitor subcontractor workers across all trades, identifying and ensuring proper rectification of defects. Create and implement effective QA/QC plans to ensure consistent quality throughout the project. Prepare clear and accurate QA/QC reports and assist in preparing QM submissions. Maintain quality standards: Execute quality control based on site-specific materials and the Project Quality Plan (PQP). Issue and manage Site Memos: Effectively communicate non-conformances, corrective actions, and preventive measures through Site Memos. Oversee corrective actions: Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions against identified non-conformities.
