QC Analyst - Microbiology

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced QC Analyst to join a pharmaceutical Quality Control team on a 12-month contract. Reporting to the QC Team Leader, you’ll carry out routine analytical testing and support the day-to-day operation of the laboratory in line with GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine sample testing and result recording
• Log, label and distribute QC samples to internal and external testing facilities
• Maintain laboratory equipment and complete required documentation in LIMS
• Manage consumable stock levels and order materials as needed
• Escalate OOS results, testing errors or GMP concerns to the leadership team
• Support lab housekeeping, maintenance and general departmental tasks

What You’ll Need

• Tertiary qualification in a relevant scientific discipline
• Experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory
