Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and perform quality control (QC) analysis of raw materials, in-process, and finished products using established testing methods. Coordinate QC activities to meet the needs of other departments and the business. Make daily decisions based on QC results, ensuring accuracy, and troubleshoot as needed to ensure correct results. Proactively identify and implement improvements to QC products and systems. Lead short-term projects (up to six months) involving non-routine analysis, including investigating customer complaints that may involve multiple departments.
