QC Inspector

Job Description:

• Review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and project specifications to prepare inspection activities.
• Conduct inspections during installation, and testing of mechanicalandelectricalworks.
• Ensure inspections are carried outin accordance withapproved drawings, codes, and standards.
• Inspect incoming materials and equipment against purchase orders, certificates, and specifications.
• Verify traceability, dimensions, heat numbers, and physical condition before acceptance.
• Raise Material Receiving Reports (MRRs) and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) if needed.
• Perform dimensional checks, welding inspections, coating inspections, and functional tests as applicable.
• Witness hydrostatic, pneumatic, or electrical testing as required by ITPs.
• Record inspection results and obtain necessary approvals orsign-offs.
