Job Purpose

The QCTO Tutor provides academic support to all the students through planning, research, lecturing and continuous improvement using various teaching methodologies.

Key Performance Areas Facilitate Plan and facilitate QCTO workshops. Lead the group in an informal but structured way. Motivate students and encourage participation. Support Manage and support the students studying through the Commerce Edge Academy learning platform, CONNECT. Encourage, motivate, coach and mentor students. Assessments Assess assignments and provide feedback to the students. Development Develop and manage learning material for the relevant programmes. Design and deliver effective education/training. Exams Liaise with QCTO examination centres, invigilators, and facilitators for the revision workshops. Coordinate and present revision workshops. Weekend sessions and Webex sessions.
