QHSE Governance Lead

We are seeking a Quality, Health & Safety & Governance Lead to drive and oversee our governance, quality, and compliance frameworks.

This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery, ensuring robust risk management, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement across the organisation.

This is a full‑time permanent role, working from our office in Aberdeen.

Key responsibilities

• Lead governance frameworks, policies, and compliance across the organisation
• Oversee audits, inspections, and regulatory requirements
• Drive quality improvement initiatives and monitor performance trends
• Manage incidents, complaints, and investigations with clear action plans
• Ensure effective health & safety systems, risk assessments, and reporting
• Maintain document control and quality management systems (QMS)
