Field Operations & Inspections
- Conduct regular on-site inspections to ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
- Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions
Training & Standardization
- Support the implementation of standardized practices across all sites
- Deliver training and guidance to field teams and retail partners
Supplier Management
- Participate in supplier audits and performance evaluations
- Ensure effective follow-up of corrective and preventive actions
Customer Feedback Management
- Handle food safety and quality-related customer complaints
- Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate resolution processes
Compliance & Reporting
- Monitor key quality and compliance KPIs
