About The Team

Our QA team performs a critical function that supports our efforts to address objectionable or disturbing content. Content QA interacts with includes images, video, text related to every day life, but they can also include (but are not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content on a daily basis. Responsibilities
- Perform quality assessments by reviewing and evaluating the accuracy and consistency of policy application for content in the German market.
- Analyse quality data to identify root causes, trends, and areas for improvement, summarizing findings in a clear and actionable way.
- Prepare and share QA reports with Content Quality Center stakeholders, acting as a point of alignment to ensure consistent quality standards across operations.
