As a pivotal member of the CI Wealth Learning and Development team, you will conduct Quality Evaluations for various client interactions, monitor service quality, and document performance insights. Your role contributes directly to improving client service, coaching team members, and identifying service enhancement opportunities through detailed analysis and feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular Quality Evaluations for calls, emails, and chats
• Monitor calls and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Analyze service data for departmental trends and improvements
• Present insights to management in meetings
• Assist with training and mentorship for new hires
Requirements:
• Knowledge of CI and Assante financial services
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
