Quality Assurance Editor

Quality Assurance Editor ensures overall quality of deliverables created by the Learning Solutions team. Works with project teams, the Quality Assurance Manager, and onshore editors to maintain high standards and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and edit training deliverables to ensure high standards of quality, including grammar, spelling, clarity, logic, and visual consistency, and ensure content aligns with client specifications and organizational guidelines.
• Coordinate with project managers and COE leads to implement and follow established QA processes throughout each project, flag major quality issues and collaborate with project teams to resolve them promptly, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to specification.
