Quality Assurance Engineer

Role Definition: The Quality Assurance Engineer serves as the front-end gatekeeper responsible for ensuring all incoming products meet required quality, reliability, integrity, and compliance standards. This role focuses on incoming quality control (IQC), supplier quality management, and regulatory adherence to ensure components conform to specifications, standards, and customer expectations. The engineer will also manage non-conformance processes, including CAPA and NCR, and support new product development and cross-functional coordination. Key Responsibilities: Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC) through visual and contact/contactless measurement inspection of connector components in accordance with prescribed AQL and inspection criteria. Validate components against technical drawings and specifications maintain proper documentation samples, and record retention.
