Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Review Fab process/ recipe change report, ensure change risk has been addressed and review process follows internal defined procedure. Communicate with customer on PCN and ensure all customer requests are well fulfilled, Review FMEA / Control Plan and ensure the format fulfill internal SOP as well as AIAG standard. Lead or participate in project for productivity, daily job & work process improvement & quality system enhancement Independently drive fab abnormal handling, customer handling, such as assist in fault investigation and special requirement Other assignment by manager, such as : support 2nd/3rd parties audit, cross site activity, coach junior team member, etc. .
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering Minimum of 2 years of experience in wafer foundry or backend IC packaging process, integration or PCN QA Strong skill in communication and negotiation Well know AIAG-VAD FMEA and control plan is a plus
