Quality Assurance Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Manager to support the development and manufacturing of mixed-signal integrated circuits for aerospace applications. This role ensures that traceability, compliance, and quality processes are embedded across the full lifecycle — from architecture through manufacturing — and adhered to by all engineering disciplines and subcontractors.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field
• years of experience in Quality Assurance for integrated circuits, preferably in mixed-signal or aerospace applications
• Strong understanding of VLSI flows (architecture, design, verification, DFT, software, validation, packaging, and manufacturing)
