• Oversee end-to-end quality assurance and service recovery functions to ensure consistent service excellence
• Drive process optimisation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Lead stakeholder engagement and client service excellence initiatives to enhance customer experience
• Analyse operational and financial performance data to support decision-making and reporting
