Quality assurance manager

A large food manufacturing company in Cato Ridge (KZN) is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join the Quality Assurance Management Department, who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control and food safety. Ensure that our products meet regulatory standards, are safe for consumption, maintain FSSC 22000 accreditation and sustain the highest level of quality.

Quality & Food Safety Monitor and evaluate product quality throughout the production process, from raw materials to finished products, to identify and address any quality concerns that may arise, ensuring that the highest quality products are dispatched from Freys Food Brands. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Production, Procurement, and Technology and Innovation, to implement quality improvement initiatives and resolve quality-related defects/concerns.
