Quality Assurance Manager

Job Responsibilities: Supervise and support QA team members on the production floor
Oversee in-process checks, batch record reviews, and product release procedures
Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other relevant regulatory standards
Lead investigations into deviations, non-conformances, and CAPAs
Collaborate with Production, QC, and R&D teams to uphold quality standards
Assist in audits (internal, third-party, and regulatory)
Support training and onboarding of QA personnel
Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
Job Requirements: Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, or related field
Minimum 2 years of QA experience in pharmaceutical or supplement manufacturing
Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and quality systems
Demonstrated expertise in implementing
Food Safety Management Systems, such as FSSC 22000, BRC, or SQF
