What You’ll Do:

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of the plant Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, FDA, Cosmetics, and Food standards.
• Investigate customer complaints and audit findings, perform root cause analysis, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
