Job Title: Quality Assistant Manager

Work Setup: On-site (Alabang, Muntinlupa)

Work Schedule : Shifting Schedules

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree graduate
• 4-5 Years of experience in leadership roles; Assistant Manager or equivalent
• Must have been a team lead under Quality Assurance
• QA experience must be predominantly for voice accounts in a BPO or shared services environment
• Must have ISO 9001 exposure
• Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification is preferred
