Quality Assurance Specialist (Sales)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in sales QA, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of sales processes, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
Monitor and evaluate sales calls, emails, and customer interactions to ensure quality standards are met
Develop and implement QA frameworks, scorecards, and evaluation criteria for sales teams
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to sales representatives to improve performance
Identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement in the sales process
Collaborate with sales managers and training teams to design improvement plans
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sales guidelines
Track and report QA performance metrics and KPIs
Conduct regular audits and maintain quality documentation
