Responsibilities
+ Monitor and audit manufacturing processes, records, and products for compliance with cGMPs and food safety standards.
+ Lead QA programs including calibration, validation, and monitoring activities.
+ Investigate customer complaints; conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
+ Support internal audits and maintain year-round audit readiness.
+ Perform QA testing, both analytical and sensory, as needed.
