On behalf of our client, Kletke Seeds Farm, we are recruiting for a Quality & Compliance Lead. This role is responsible for leading quality, compliance, and operational processes to support efficiency and customer satisfaction. Working closely with production and office teams, this role oversees the quality management system, supports audits, supports regulatory requirements, coordinates workflows, and addresses client needs to ensure smooth plant operations from start to finish.

As the Quality & Compliance Lead, you will:

• Lead and continuously enhance the Integrated Management System, including SOPs, quality assurance, and compliance frameworks
• Drive quality standards and customer satisfaction through process improvements and strong operational alignment
• Manage internal and external audits, including corrective actions, and maintain key certifications (ISTA, CFIA, Seeds Canad...
