Responsibilities

Handle overall quality control activities in the plant Ensure implementation of HACCP, ISO, GMP & GHP practices Manage internal and external audits Maintain quality documentation and reports Monitor raw material, in-process, and finished product quality Coordinate with production team for quality compliance Handle corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Supervise raw material, in-process, and finished goods inspection/testing. Monitor product quality consistency and specification compliance. Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment. Analyze quality reports and recommend improvements. Supervise QC staff and hygiene practices
