**Responsibilities**

+ Conduct visual inspections on the warehouse floor and during the receiving of incoming products.
+ Review and approve batch records from production staff.
+ Perform WIP internal inspections and approvals by LOT.
+ Conduct finished goods internal inspections and approvals by LOT.
+ Coordinate QC testing with outside laboratories and approve results by LOT.
+ Inspect raw material components and approve them based on manufacturer standards.
+ Review and ensure all SOPs and documentation are up to date.
+ Analyze customer complaint samples to determine root causes.
+ Ensure adherence to quality control procedures.
