Quality control & production compliance officer

Purpose of the Role

To oversee and optimise daily production operations and quality control functions, ensuring strict compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP standards. This position bridges operational excellence and innovation by managing compliance teams, reducing waste, driving continuous improvement, and leading New Product Development (NPD) from concept to successful market launch.

Key Responsibilities QC & Compliance: Lead the Quality Control department, conduct routine inspections of raw materials and finished goods, maintain HACCP/GMP standards, and manage regulatory audits. Operational Support: Assist in production scheduling, resolve bottlenecks, monitor yields and wastage, and ensure machinery is maintained to hygiene standards.
