Job Description
The Quality Control Specialist will perform in-process laboratory quality tests to ensure the accuracy and acceptability of specimens, tests, and test results. They will analyze lab results and release these results, identifying areas for process improvement.
Responsibilities
+ Conduct in-process laboratory quality tests to verify the accuracy of specimens and test results.
+ Analyze laboratory results and release them after ensuring they meet quality standards.
+ Identify areas for process improvement within the laboratory setting.
+ Maintain document control and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
+ Manage inventory control and quality assurance processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Recent Associate or Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field is preferred.
