Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to join their team. As a Quality Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Quality Department supporting continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained.
**Job Title:** Quality Coordinator
**Location:** Elk Grove Village, IL
**Pay:** $25 per hour
**Shift:** 2pm - 10pm, Monday through Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Manage external claims by coordinating internal communication channels and ensuring complete information from Gespack for quality claims.
+ Lead root cause analysis and define corrective actions using methodologies such as PDCA, RAPID, and DMAIC.
+ Monitor action plans to reduce external and internal rejections, ensuring objectives are met and maintained.
