Summary of the role
- Reporting to the Quality Manager Aerospace – APAC, the primary functions of the Quality Engineer include problem solving, guiding, coaching, and taking appropriate actions to resolve quality-related issues.
- In this role, the Senior Quality Engineer supports continuous improvement activities of the Quality Management System and ensures compliance to applicable policies, customer and regulatory requirements.
- Represents the Quality Manager on site during their absence.
- Lead and ensure compliance with AS9100 requirements, risk management processes, and workplace quality standards.
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with AS9100 standards.
- Monitor, analyze, and report QMS performance metrics and improvement opportunities to senior management.
