Non-conformance recording and taking actions 6. Root Cause analysis for In-house and Supplier rejected parts RCA 7. Customer concerns handling and follow up for Action plan 8. Implementation of QA Standards in shop floor 9. NPD support activities Design and Tooling developments for DIY Project 10. Hands on knowledge on QA documentations- FMEA, Control plan, PFD 11.
