Quality Engineer

Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support manufacturing operations within a union shop floor environment. This role is responsible for managing quality holds, reviewing nonconforming parts within required timelines, and driving Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations to resolve issues efficiently. The engineer will review and validate engineering technical data, standard work, and process plans to ensure accuracy and compliance before release to the shop floor.
This individual will also support First Article Inspections (FAI), oversee nonconformance processes, and partner closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, and customer service) to drive process improvements, reduce recycles, and improve turnaround time.
