Position: Quality Engineer
Location: York Area, North Yorkshire
Salary: £41,600
Nicholas Associates has an excellent opportunity for a Quality Engineer, to join an established & growing client in the York area.
You will be responsible for supporting the Quality Management certification requirements and growing customer demands across the organisation's aerospace, defence and space programmes.
The role will ensure that Business first article inspection, materials testing and equipment calibration needs are met.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- To measure product and compile First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR's) against customer and Business requirements
- To manage the organisations calibration database
- To calibrate the company's measuring equipment against internal standards
