Quality Engineer

Responsible for the quality of processes and product outputs. Defines and specifies activities, processes, and standards to fulfill the quality requirements for a service or manufactured material, component or product. Audits, monitors, and determines the quality of processes and/or outputs, either against defined internal and/or external standards. Reports on process deviations and defects

Responsibilities

• Generates, implements, and updates the process control plan, establishing the tests and inspections to be carried out in all processes and products, including adjustment and functional tests for product validation during the manufacturing process, including the launch of new products.
• Generates, distributes, and communicates work instructions, inspection sheets, visual aids, and other quality documentation that show operators how to maintain quality in their operations.
