Opportunity Description
**Description:** You will be the Quality Engineer Staff for the Quality Engineering Team. Our team is responsible for leading Tiger Team efforts for the Precision Strike Missile (PrSM) production, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring aerospace quality standards across Lockheed Martin sites and suppliers.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Quality Engineer Staff you will be responsible for overseeing quality processes, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and supporting hybrid on‑site/remote operations.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Lead Tiger Team investigations to resolve production issues.
Develop and execute continuous improvement projects.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and other aerospace standards.
Conduct supplier audits and support travel to production sites as needed.
Maintain documentation and reporting for quality metrics.
