Quality Engineer

This position is responsible for ensuring production meets quality standards and customers' requirements and establishes industry standards and enforce/document policies and procedures of the company.Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective action for process related concerns.Responsible for continual improvement activities to enhance the quality controls, AQL, Inspection Methods, Control Plans, APQP, and Lean Tools such as 5S, Kaizen & PDCA.Develop training to build quality awareness.Support the Quality Inspectors to ensure that products and processes comply with the relevant requirements of the quality management system.Review FMEAs for each complaint received or tendency towards failure process, being able to produce a change or revision as required and the opportunity required.Ensure timely resolution of supplier failure, corrective actions and preventive actions.Lead team efforts to solve issues, based on customer or product quality concernsInteraction with Engineer...
