**Job Description**

**Modality:** Hybrid, 3x a week

**Purpose:**

Responsible for being the voice of the customer within GM, ensuring that the product reaches the final customer according to the company’s quality standards, and overseeing the condition of vehicles stored in GM yards. Focused on achieving flawless launches and providing effective and timely solutions to reported issues, aiming to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the company’s objectives in terms of market share, quality, and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Support Product Development Quality activities for New Projects launches, aligned with program quality direction.
+ Contribute to Go-to-Market readiness using lessons learned and regional benchmarks.
+ Support Product Quality Readiness Reviews for new launches.
+ Analyze test issues, identify preliminary root causes, and accelerate source follow-up.
