Quality Events Specialist at BIOVECTRA

In this role, you will coordinate quality events, investigate manufacturing deviations, and support compliance with health standards in Windsor's biologics operations. Engage with multiple departments, including Manufacturing, and Quality, to implement CAPAs, enhance processes, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead structured investigations using RCA, 5-Why, and data analysis
• Assess impact of deviations and contamination events on product
• Develop CAPAs and document their effectiveness over time
