Job Summary
The post holder will:
•
Apply their in-depth professional knowledge and experience across clinical and business spheres, to coach and deliver meaningful impact and improvement at the Trust aligned with the OUH IQI Programme and wider Trust strategies.

Lead the implementation of defined Programme(s) within the IQI Programme.

Responsible for the development, delivery and facilitation of multiple IQI Projects within the allocated IQI programme(s) coaching and enabling teams and services to embed and integrate a culture of continuous improvement across Divisions.

Mentor and coach individuals internal and external to the QI Team, promoting a consistent improvement approach in alignment with the Trust QI Education Framework and agreed improvement methodologies.
