**IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:**

+ Plan and perform a sequence of operations for inspection using all types of measuring apparatus such as micrometers, verniers, height and depth gages, sine plate, trammels, optical comparator, moly test kit, air gages, etc.
+ Perform first piece, part, bench and periodic inspection as necessary within the limit of standard practice. Determine reasons for defects or malfunctions and effect of deviation on product requirements.
+ Makes dimensional, mechanical and visual inspection of assemblies, sub-assemblies, finished and semi-finished components and parts for size, correct material, finished appearance and other pertinent requirements.
+ Devise dimensional gaging set ups, do part layout inspection, make out report and rejection slips and record data to Crosby specifications.
