We are seeking a detail-oriented and quality-driven Quality Inspector to oversee and ensure compliance across all stages of truck body manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality standards throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities Conduct pre-production inspections, including checking material cuts, bending accuracy, and cage materials. Inspect assembly stages to ensure correct measurements, squareness of the body, and adherence to technical drawings. Monitor welding quality, ensuring correct penetration and that all weld points are completed to standard. Oversee preparation stages, ensuring all welds are properly ground and surfaces are clean and ready for filler application. Inspect body filler and sanding processes to confirm all welds and joints are properly filled, smoothed, sealed, and sanded.
