Quality Management & ISO Compliance Officer-(IT services,System integration,ICT)

We have an urgent requirement for a Quality Management and ISO Compliance Officer with exposure in IT services, system integration, and ICT domain, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 is required. Must have strong hands‑on exposure to ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 20000‑1, ISO/IEC 27001, document control, internal audits, process compliance, and management review preparation. Maintain the organization’s Integrated Management System, including policies, procedures, manuals, process maps, forms, templates, registers, and records. Provide ISO compliance support across IT, operations, PMO, service delivery, information security, and service management processes. Candidate should have exposure in IT services, system integration, ICT, managed services, data center, telecom, cybersecurity, cloud services, software services, or technology consulting.
