Summary:
The Quality Manager is responsible for leading the design, execution, and continuous improvement of enterprise-wide Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) programs within a property & casualty insurance environment. This role ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality underwriting, claims, service, and operational processes aligned with regulatory requirements, internal standards, and customer experience expectations.
