Quality Manager (Assembly)

Quality Assurance Manager We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer Manager to support the development and manufacturing of mixed-signal integrated circuits for aerospace applications. This role ensures that traceability, compliance, and quality processes are embedded across the full lifecycle — from architecture through manufacturing — and adhered to by all engineering disciplines and subcontractors.



Bachelor’s or Master’s in electrical engineering, Quality Engineering, or related field

years of experience in Quality Assurance for integrated circuits, preferably in mixed-signal or aerospace applications

Strong understanding of VLSI flows (architecture, design, verification, DFT, software, validation, packaging, and manufacturing)

Familiarity with aerospace quality and traceability standards

Experience with configuration management, requirements tracking, and quality tools
